Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your items.
Return & Exchange Process
- Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is eligible for return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Underwear and swimwear (unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
