Return & Exchange Process

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is eligible for return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
